PT&T, AMA INK PACT FOR INTERNET SERVICES

PT&T's corporate business group recently signed an integral network solutions package with AMA Computer Colleges that will provide the school's various computer colleges nationwide with a high performance network environment designed to meet the ever-changing dynamics for Internet access. Using PT&T's extensive digital backbone system, the network solutions call for deploying links that will deliver more accessing power to the internet for AMA students throughout the country. PT&T, PHILIPPINE WIRELESS HOLD MANAGEMENT CONFAB

"Getting CRM-Ready in the Brave New e-Conomy" was the theme of the 3rd Joint Management Conference held recently by PT&T and Philippine Wireless Inc. (PWI) at the San Miguel Training Center in Tagaytay City. The theme was in line with the two companies' shared vision in their quest to enter the new frontier of web-centric services. A major aim of the conference was to enable Customer Relations Management (CRM) to take a comprehensive view of its customers to maximize the customer's over-all value to the company. The keynote address was delivered by Sen.
